when a storm came through the area and tore off most of the roof.

The old barn pictured below was built in the early 1900's and has a wood stave
silo attached to the barn The current owner tells us that the only things that live in the barn anymore are cats and the occasional
raccoon. The original horse stalls are still in the barn. Like many other barns of that era, a barn dance was held upon completion
with a band and an open bar.
